Provision Day Care Services Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Day Care Services at Bureau of Statistics, Government of the Punjab, Headquarters Office for an estimated monthly cost of Rs. 175,000 and estimated cost of Rs. 1,400,000 for 8 months, with bid security of Rs. 28,000 representing 2% of the total estimated cost. Bidders must be valid and actively registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and other relevant registration authorities, and must provide documentary proof. Bidders must have a proven track record of at least two successfully completed assignments for Government or large private organizations. Procurement will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from opening. The successful bidder shall provide services up to June 30, 2027, with possible extension up to June 30, 2029 subject to satisfactory performance on the same rates, terms and conditions. Bid security may be submitted as CDR or through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or otherwise non-compliant bids will not be considered.
