Uniforms Shoes Special Students Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of uniform items for boys and girls and shoes for winter and summer seasons for approximately 100 enrolled special students, comprising Uniform Kit for Boys (Winter & Summer), Uniform Kit for Girls (Winter & Summer), School Shoes in black color for boys (BATA/SERVIS) for Winter & Summer, and Jersey for the Winter Season. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,500,000 and bid security is 3% amounting to Rs. 45,000, to be uploaded in PDF format with the Technical Proposal and submitted in original before opening of technical bids. Bidders must be registered firms, suppliers or manufacturers with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and e-Procurement registration. Procurement follows Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Clause 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rules 2014, with financial evaluation based on total quoted amount. Samples must be presented at technical bid opening for assessment of fabric quality, stitching and color matching. Supplied uniforms may be tested at National Textile University Faisalabad, NTRC or another recognized Government or autonomous laboratory at the successful bidder's cost, and substandard supplies must be replaced at the bidder's expense. Mandatory documents include owner CNIC, GST certificate, Income Tax registration or Active Taxpayer proof, PRA and PST paid CPR or return for FY 2025-26, Sales Tax and Income Tax returns for FY 2025-26, and an undertaking regarding compliance with technical specifications. Successful bidder must furnish 5% Performance Guarantee and complete supply within 30 days of issuance of supply order after taking student measurements within 10 working days after the grievance period. Approved rates remain valid until June 30, 2027. Technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM.
