Procurement covering annual petty repair of Police Buildings, Front Desk rooms and allied facilities of Front Desk rooms, Traffic Offices and Police Khidmat Marakaz; stationery items, computer stationery items and printing items; other main items and other SIPs including tents and tarpauls, road safety items, sports items, Muharram items, ordinance store items, beds and boxes, hot and cold items, newspaper, advertisement, fair and exhibition and other store items; repair of machinery; purchase of IT equipment; and internet services or electronic communication. Lot 1 comprises goods and civil work with estimated cost of Rs. 39.5 million and bid security of Rs. 1,975,000 at 5%. Lot 2 comprises goods with estimated cost of Rs. 43.75 million and bid security of Rs. 2,187,500 at 5%. Lot 3 comprises goods and repair with estimated cost of Rs. 10 million and bid security of Rs. 500,000 at 5%. Total estimated procurement cost is Rs. 93.25 million with total bid security of Rs. 4,662,500. Procurement is classified as local and covers goods, civil works, repair and electronic communication. Bidders must comply with the requirements stated in the bidding documents and applicable PPRA Rules. Bid security is 5% and Performance Guarantee is 3%.
