Photocopying Services Judicial Documents Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of services for preparing photocopies of judicial documents without provision of paper under framework contract through single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including income tax sales tax professional tax and PRA - electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS along with original bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order before deadline - bids will be opened on same day in presence of bidders - rates must include all taxes and remain valid for 180 days - successful bidder must submit 10 percent performance guarantee and authority reserves right to reject bids
