Procurement and installation of systems including CCTV surveillance system TV cable system public address system smoke detection system fire alarm system and fire fighting system for new courts block under single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and submit electronic bids through EPADS along with original bid security of 5 percent lot wise in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order - bids will be opened on same day and financial bids of qualified bidders opened later - all rates must include applicable taxes and performance guarantee of 10 percent required for successful bidder
