Procurement of items including laptops desktop computers tablets mobile phones UPS printers scanners LED TVs video conferencing devices CCTV systems generators air conditioners water dispensers stationery computer stationery printing materials and other office logistics under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS - bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and submit separate bids for each lot with 2 percent bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee or pay order - electronic bids must be submitted before deadline and opened on same day - incomplete bids or missing items in lot will be rejected
