Secure E Library Digital Repository System Development Tender Notice
Description
Development and implementation of secure e library and controlled digital repository system through single stage two envelope QCBS method - bidders must be registered with FBR and relevant tax authorities and listed on active taxpayers list - electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS along with bid security of PKR 200000 in form of demand draft or pay order - original bid security must be submitted before deadline otherwise bid will not be opened - bids will be opened on same day in presence of participants and all terms conditions and specifications are available on EPADS portal
