Procurement of fortinet based SD WAN and network centralized management solution through single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with SECP and tax authorities and be on active taxpayers list - firms must meet eligibility criteria including minimum experience financial capacity and previous similar projects - bid security of 5 percent required in form of call deposit attached with financial proposal - technical and financial proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes and bids will be opened on specified date - incomplete or late bids will not be accepted and only technically qualified bidders will proceed to financial evaluation
