Procurement and installation of 03 Smart LEDs under reference P91771 and Tender No. NADRA-HQ-RFB-102/2026. The procurement is for goods through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and competitive bidding, using LCBS evaluation in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligible bidders must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be active on the FBR Active Tax Payers List. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM on the same day; manual submission will not be entertained.
