Security Services Special Education School Bahawalpur Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of security services through armed security guards for the safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and building of Government Secondary School of Special Education (HI-Boys), Bahawalpur. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA, and must provide a valid Category-A security-related eligibility as specified in the tender documents. The procurement will be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. The estimated cost is PKR 1,350,000 and bid security is 5%, amounting to PKR 67,500, to be submitted through the prescribed online payment mechanism with the technical bid. Bidders must quote the monthly rate per security guard inclusive of applicable taxes, provide required weapons and ammunition, comply with the Government of Punjab minimum salary rate for educational institution security guards, and must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA. The successful bidder must submit a 10% refundable performance guarantee before issuance of the service order. Bids must be uploaded by September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM.
