Procure laboratory equipment under a research project focused on development of value added by products from fish processing waste including supply installation and commissioning of required instruments - bids to be submitted electronically through E-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure - eligible bidders must be registered with income tax GST PRA and professional tax - bid security of 2 percent amounting to Rs 70000 in shape of CDR DD PO or banker cheque required - electronic bids submission and opening through E-PADS platform
