District Gujrat Development Schemes 2026 2027 Tender Notice
Description
District Council Gujrat invites e-bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System from eligible and financially sound firms, contractors and companies registered with relevant departments, tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Professional Tax where applicable, and PEC in relevant category codes. The procurement covers 27 schemes including construction of streets and drains/nullahs, desilting of ponds, construction of culverts, paths, boundary walls and roads at villages across District Gujrat, with estimated costs ranging from Rs. 4.00 million to Rs. 33.00 million. The procurement follows open competitive bidding under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. All lots and items must be quoted, evaluation is on the whole package, and the lowest responsive rates will be considered. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost and must be deposited in cash with proof uploaded on the e-Procurement System. Valid PEC license, active FBR and PRA status, fresh affidavit regarding blacklisting and litigation, and compliant signed and stamped bids are required. Successful bidders must furnish performance guarantee and may be required to provide additional performance security where rates fall within the specified threshold. Bids are submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement by September 23, 2026 at 09:00 AM and opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
