Construction work involving addition and alteration of official residence including civil works structural modifications and associated development activities - bids to be submitted electronically through E-PADS using single stage single envelope procedure - contractors must be registered with FBR PRA NTN PNTN and STRN - bid security of 4 percent amounting to Rs 120000 required in acceptable financial instruments - bidders must upload bids in PDF format and submit original bid security before opening - evaluation and procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024
