Description
Framework agreement for local purchase of medicines and surgical or disposable items for THQ Hospital Haroonabad for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost is Rs. 10,000,000 and bid security is 2%, amounting to Rs. 200,000. Eligible firms must be well-reputed, technically and financially sound, registered for GST and Income Tax, and hold a valid Centralized Drugs Sale License, preferably Pharmacy Form No. 9. Bidding will use Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement Portal using PSID and the prescribed 1-Link or Online Bank Transfer or Bank Guarantee facility in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Successful bidders must supply all items according to specifications, with same-day delivery after a Supply or Purchase Order and immediate delivery, preferably within one hour, for emergency purchases. Medicines must be procured from approved brands or the Medicine Formulary, and the contract also covers medicines, surgical disposables and medical devices under SSP or similar government-funded, health insurance or patient welfare schemes on the same terms and rates. Bids must be submitted by September 17, 2026 at 9:30 AM and opened at 10:00 AM.
