Stationery General Store Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of four lots of goods for the Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit: Stationery Items estimated at PKR 1,605,700 with bid security of PKR 32,114; Miscellaneous Stationery Items estimated at PKR 347,400 with bid security of PKR 6,948; General Store Items estimated at PKR 2,416,700 with bid security of PKR 48,334; and Miscellaneous Store Items estimated at PKR 581,100 with bid security of PKR 11,622. Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and contracts will be awarded on complete lot basis. Eligible bidders must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and manual submission is not allowed. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system using PSID. Bids must be submitted by September 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened electronically at 12:30 PM on the same day.
