Stationery Computer Store Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of stationery, computer stationery, store items and other items for the year 2026-2027 through four lots: Stationery estimated at Rs. 2,638,000 with bid security of Rs. 52,760; Computer Stationery estimated at Rs. 1,627,000 with bid security of Rs. 32,540; Store Items estimated at Rs. 1,727,000 with bid security of Rs. 34,540; and Other Items estimated at Rs. 1,096,000 with bid security of Rs. 21,920. Experienced firms, companies and general order suppliers must be registered with e-PADS/Punjab e-procurement, have active FBR Income Tax status and operative General Sales Tax status. Bidders may quote for any lot or all lots but must quote all advertised items and quantities within a selected lot. The procurement uses Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure and e-bids must be submitted electronically. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each lot through the prescribed online banking channel. The successful bidder must provide a 10% performance guarantee. The technically responsive bidder offering the lowest total lot-wise price may be awarded the contract, with bids remaining valid until June 30, 2027. Bids must be submitted by September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM.
