Construction of retaining wall at Shalimar Escape Channel drain near Shalimar Housing Scheme including civil works structural development and drainage protection works - bids to be submitted electronically through e-PADS using single stage single envelope procedure - contractors must be registered with NTN and PNTN - bid security of 2 percent amounting to Rs 51600 required in form of CDR bank guarantee pay order or demand draft with submission of original before opening - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024
