Description
Procurement of office equipment for the Rawalpindi Division, comprising one 55-inch QLED AI television with installation, four 220 Ah 12V UPS batteries with installation, one 2-liter electric kettle, and one 20-liter microwave oven. The total estimated cost is Rs. 596,950 and bid security is Rs. 29,848, equivalent to 5% of the estimated amount, to be submitted in the name of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-Rawalpindi Division in the prescribed form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and joint ventures where applicable must be engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding will use Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids must be submitted by September 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM.
