Description
Auction of Parking Stand at DHQ Hospital Jhelum for Financial Year 2026-27, for one year from issuance of the award letter and extendable for three months upon satisfactory performance. Bid security is Rs. 500,000 and bidding documents must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by September 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The auction for the Parking Stand is scheduled for September 19, 2026 until 10:00 AM. The successful bidder must deposit three months of the successful bid in advance in the Government Treasury within three days along with applicable taxes. Failure by the first, second or third successful bidder to deposit the required amount results in forfeiture of the relevant CDR and progression to the next bidder or fresh arrangements. Defaulters declared by government, semi-government or autonomous bodies are not eligible. Hospital administration may reject all offers under PPRA Rule 35.
