Framework contract for refreshment and meal services for training participants at Veterinary Academy (IVPD), University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-2027 under Tender No. 0008/2026-27. Eligible manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers must be registered with Income Tax, Punjab Sales Tax on Services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST) and Professional Tax. Bidding will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. The estimated price is Rs. 2,970,000 and refundable bid security is 2%, amounting to Rs. 59,400, to be processed through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System. In case of a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day.
