Electrification Services For Ac Cassettes Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for the electrification of AC cassettes at the Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority Office Lahore on F.O.R basis. The estimated total cost is Rs. 3,525,690 and total bid security is Rs. 100,000. Eligible bidders, suppliers and parties must be registered with relevant tax departments and Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid license, and must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidding documents may be downloaded electronically without tender fee. E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the PDF Upload method, with complete bids and required documents submitted by September 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically at 11:00 AM on the same date in the Committee Room of the PAFDA building at Thoker Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore. Bid security must be submitted electronically through registered PEPS and physical CDRs, Pay Orders and Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. Procurement will use Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure.
