Construction of retaining wall at Shalimar Escape Channel drain near Mehran Park including civil works structural strengthening and drainage infrastructure improvement - bids to be submitted electronically through e-PADS using single stage single envelope procedure - contractors must be registered with NTN and PNTN - bid security of 2 percent amounting to Rs 51630 required in acceptable financial instruments with submission of original before opening - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024
