Annual maintenance and repair of existing Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) in District Mohmand for 2026-27, including AOM&R electrical and mechanical works estimated at Rs. 5,000,000 with stamp duty of Rs. 118,750, and construction or rehabilitation of DWSS Ghair Dhund Baizai under ADP No. 148/200103 (2026-27), estimated at Rs. 1,668,553 with stamp duty of Rs. 39,621. Bidding will be conducted through the E-PADS System under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit 2% of the Engineer Estimate as earnest money in the form of an original Call Deposit through courier in a sealed envelope before closing. All bidders must be registered and active with KPPRA, PEC and FBR and possess relevant electrical and mechanical codes, including EE-04, EE-05 and EE-11 for general electrical and solar works and ME-02, ME-04, ME-05, ME-06 and ME-07 for mechanical works. A non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.03% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR must also be submitted with the earnest money. Bids quoted more than 10% below the Engineer Estimate require additional bid security equal to 8% of the bid cost in addition to the 2% bid security. Failure by a successful contractor who quoted more than 10% below estimate may result in forfeiture of both securities.
