Manpower Solid Waste Wastewater Management Tender Notice

Description

Hiring of manpower for solid waste and wastewater management within the jurisdictions of WSSP Zones A, B, C, D and E through five packages. The procurement seeks skilled and unskilled workers from well-reputed firms and companies having required experience in workforce and human resources provision, with services to be provided on a contractual or need basis under a salary reimbursement model. The procurement will follow Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding under KPPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS. Interested bidders must register on EPADS before bid submission and ensure that all required documents are correctly uploaded, complete, legible and free from corruption; no hard copies of bid documents are required or accepted. A 2% CDR of the bid price in the name of WSSP Contractor Securities must be submitted in a sealed envelope along with an affidavit regarding the 2% CDR, clearly marked for the relevant manpower package. A non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 is payable to the specified WSSP bank account and the deposit slip must be submitted with the CDR. A pre-bid meeting is specified at the WSSP Conference Room. Bidders must have active NTN registration with FBR and be registered with KPRA, while applicable federal and provincial taxes including KPRA taxes will be recoverable. Subcontracting or subletting is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the contract, forfeiture of bid security and recommendation for PEC blacklisting or debarment. Technical proposals will be evaluated according to the bid documents and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened at a subsequently communicated time and venue.
