Provision of event management services including arrangements organization setup and execution of flower exhibition Jashn-e-Baharan festival at Faiz Ahmed Faiz Park including site preparation logistics installation and operational support - bids to be submitted electronically through E-PADS using single stage single envelope procedure - firms must be registered with PEC and relevant tax authorities - bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost required in form of CDR with submission of original before opening - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024
