Dual Electricity Source Lahore High Court Tender Notice
Description
Provision of dual source of electricity for the offices of Lahore High Court at 4th and 5th floors of Punjab Judicial Academy, Fane Road, Lahore. The work is tendered on item rates against the approved DNIT under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. The DNIT cost is Rs. 48.726 million and 5% earnest money is Rs. 2.436 million, with a six-month time limit. Contractors or firms must be enlisted with or renewed by Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 and possess PEC Category C-5 or above with relevant specialized codes CE-10, EE-04 and EE-05, with the original PEC licence or certificate required for qualification. Procurement will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System under applicable PPRA rules and procedures, and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount must be submitted through PSID, with no physical financial instrument including CDR accepted. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened after evaluation. The tender opening will take place at the office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, in the presence of authorized representatives.
