Description
Supply and installation of water motors at Model Cattle Market, Lahore. The estimated procurement price is Rs. 1,190,400. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Manual bids are not acceptable. Technical proposals will be opened electronically first, while financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened after technical evaluation. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted digitally through 1-Link or Bank Guarantee options using a generated PSID on the e-Procurement Portal. The financial proposal must include all applicable taxes. Companies, firms and sole proprietors must possess valid Income Tax NTN and PRA Sales Tax registration. Incomplete proposals will not be considered and the bid validity period is 90 days from the last date for submission. Issuance of work order and procurement of items or services is subject to budget approval.
