Procurement of Personal Protective Equipment and Laboratory Consumables by Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority, Home Department, Government of the Punjab. The estimated cost for PPEs is Rs. 14,549,225 with bid security of Rs. 290,984, while laboratory consumables are estimated at Rs. 23,589,150 with bid security of Rs. 471,783, both representing 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders and suppliers must be registered with the tax departments in Pakistan and with the Punjab e-Procurement System. E-bids must be submitted using the PDF Upload method through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding documents are available without tender fee through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the registered e-Procurement System, and physical financial instruments including CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. Open Competitive Bidding under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be followed in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids and required documents must be submitted electronically and opened in the PAFDA Committee Room in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. In case of a public holiday or non-working day, opening will take place on the next working day at the same time.
