Procurement of four works for WASA Bachelors Hostels in Kahna Sub Division, WASA Lahore: roof treatment and allied works estimated at Rs. 2,996,008 with 5% digital bid security of Rs. 149,800.40 under Tender No. XEN (O&M-I) N.T/26-27/01; renovation of rooms estimated at Rs. 2,986,996 with bid security of Rs. 149,349.80 under Tender No. XEN (O&M-I) N.T/26-27/03; renovation of wash rooms and allied works estimated at Rs. 2,956,167 with bid security of Rs. 147,808.35 under Tender No. XEN (O&M-I) N.T/26-27/04; and repair of boundary wall estimated at Rs. 2,834,096 with bid security of Rs. 141,704.80 under Tender No. XEN (O&M-I) N.T/26-27/05. Bidders must be suppliers, contractors or companies registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, with valid PEC licence in Category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10, as well as active filer NTN and PNTN registration with FBR and PRA. A valid professional tax certificate for 2026-27 and ISO 45001-2018 certificate for safety precautions are required. Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Digital bid security must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System and hard-copy bids are not accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files, with bids valid for 120 days. Current PPRA Rules and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 apply, and corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic submissions will be rejected.
