Description

Construction of Janazgah at UC-Kahna, NA-123, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs. 29,438,956 and earnest money is Rs. 1,471,972, with a completion period of six months. Bids are invited from contractors and firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and having active tax filer NTN and PNTN registration with FBR and PRA. The required PEC category is C-5 and above. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR, valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days and equal to 5% of estimated cost, must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the bid closing time. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening, while non-responsive financial bids will remain unopened.
