Development scheme under the Annual Development Program 2026-27 for construction of a PCC street from Masjid / Imam Bargah Wali village Jhulana. The estimated cost is Rs. 1,098,000 and earnest money is Rs. 54,900, representing 5% bid security in favour of District Council M.B.Din. The procurement is for registered contractors on the E-PADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes, with the estimate prepared on the basis of MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates.
