Integrated Vehicle Emission Monitoring System Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification for design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an integrated vehicle emission scanning and monitoring system and associated infrastructure. The Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit, Environment Protection and Climate Change Department invites national and local companies and firms through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Applicants must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities, while Joint Venture or Consortium participation is permitted. The pre-qualification process will be conducted online in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The project comprises a complete package for design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an integrated vehicle emission monitoring equipment and associated infrastructure, with detailed scope provided in Section-V of the Pre-Qualification Document. Applicants must demonstrate capability to undertake the complete package, and partial participation or partial scope is not permitted. Applications must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted electronically with required supporting documents; partial, conditional, late or improperly submitted applications will be rejected.
