Description
Procurement of works under Design, Build and Operation mode for establishment of a landfill site at Faisalabad. Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company invites e-bids from pre-qualified contractors and firms registered with the e-PADS and FBR, PRA including NTN and PNTN, and PPRA. The required PEC category is C1 and above with codes CE-09, CE-10 and ME-06. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,030,663,094 and bid security is Rs. 60,919,893. Bid security in the name of Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company may be submitted through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, with the original instrument placed in an envelope clearly marked with the tender title and submitted at the specified PMDFC office. Complete e-bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the e-PADS website. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding will be adopted, with encrypted electronic files deemed to constitute the required envelopes; only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional tenders are not accepted, rates and amounts must be entered in figures and words, and bids remain valid for 120 days. The corrigendum revises the previously advertised submission and opening schedule and makes the pre-bid meeting not applicable.
