Medicines Surgical Disposables Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Local purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables under two procurement objects for Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex, Nowshera: medicines and surgical disposables for Hospital, Zakat & Bait-ul-Mal patients, with bid security of Rs. 1,000,000; and medicines and surgical disposables for Sehat Sahulat Program patients, with bid security of Rs. 1,000,000. Bids are invited from manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers and chemists or druggists having valid drug licences, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bidding will initially be carried out for a period of one year under a Framework Contract in accordance with Rule 31-A of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. The procurement procedure is Single Stage-Single Envelope under Rule 6(2)(a) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bid Solicitation Documents contain detailed descriptions, bid security requirements, evaluation criteria and other terms and conditions and are available through EPADS and the specified procurement and hospital websites. Original CDR or bid security must be submitted to the office of the Hospital Director before the closing time, while scanned copies and mandatory documents must be uploaded on EPADS. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email or fax will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
