Revamping of Kotranjeet roundabout and Gujranwala underpass including civil works infrastructure improvement and urban development activities - bids to be submitted electronically through PPRA e tendering system - contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and upload bid security of 5 percent in form of CDR with original submission before opening - procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014
