Hospital Stores Maintenance Framework Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of linen store items, stationery store items, printing store items, general store items and diet store items for 2026-27, together with framework contracts for repair and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning items, CCTV cameras, IT equipment and hardware equipment, and provision of internet services for one year. Eligible manufacturers, firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers and service providers registered for PPRA Punjab e-procurement may participate. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended and uses Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure for separate technical and financial bids. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price stated in the bidding documents is required through the e-procurement portal. Bidders must comply with all bidding-document instructions, and failure to submit bid security or properly uploaded bids may result in rejection. In case of a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply at the same time and venue.
