Description

Procurement of FDI vaccines for routine immunization for Financial Year 2026-27, including bOPV-20 quantity 13,070,861 doses, BCG-20 quantity 9,860,407 doses, Td-20 quantity 771,225 doses and Pentavalent-10 co-financing share of FY 2026/2027 quantity 16,159,708 doses. Delivery is planned through three installments within 120, 150 and 180 days from the date of award of contract. Technical and financial bids are invited through EPADS Version 2.0 on Delivered Duty Paid basis. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, authorized agents and suppliers in Pakistan registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 36(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 shall apply. Bid security in the prescribed form of pay order, bank draft, call deposit receipt or bank guarantee is required in favour of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer of FDI, Islamabad. Original bid security must be submitted in hard copy and its scanned copy uploaded through EPADS; technical proposals without the required bid security shall be rejected. Manual bids are not entertained. Bidders must submit their best and final prices because price negotiations are not permissible under the applicable rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
