Description
Repair, annual maintenance and service contracts for assorted medical equipment and lift machines at The Children's Hospital and University of Child Health Sciences, Lahore. The procurement includes repair, annual maintenance and service of assorted medical equipment with an estimated amount of PKR 117,320,000 and 2% CDR of PKR 2,346,400, as well as repair, annual maintenance and service of Hyundai/Sodimas lift machines with an estimated amount of PKR 800,000 and prescribed bid security of PKR 800,000 as stated in the notice. The procurement is conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and interested applicants must be registered on the system. Electronic bidding documents contain the detailed requirements, terms and conditions. Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Clause 38 of Punjab Procurement Rules applies. A 2% bid security is required as per lot and completed technical and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically in accordance with the bidding documents. Bids will be opened publicly in the Syndicate Room, Admin Block, in the presence of bidders' representatives, and in case of a government holiday the opening will take place on the next working day at the same time.
