132kv Electrical Grid Equipment Pesco Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods for Financial Year 2026-27 under multiple PESCO contracts including 132kV ACSR Lynx Conductor - 132kV beams and columns, earth mast and 11kV structures - CP-30, CP-50, RP-3 and RP-4 - auxiliary pad-mounted transformer rated 200 kVA - 95 mm2 grounding conductor - 1000 MCM single-core cable - 600mm2 aluminum conductor - 132kV lightning arrestor and 132kV potential transformer - termination kits for 1000 MCM indoor and outdoor applications - and battery bank and battery charger. Procurement is through EPADS Version 2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable procurement guidance. All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee, with the original bid security and covering letter submitted physically to the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar; failure to submit the original security may render bids non-responsive. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only and manual submission is not entertained. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. A Grievance Redressal Committee is notified for these procurements.
