Renovation of the Special Purpose Kumrat Development Authority Office at Sheringal, PK-11, District Dir Upper, under the sub-head Parking Shed. Procurement is conducted through Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure on the E-PADS System in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The required PEC category is C-6 and above, with bid security of Rs. 43,200 and tender fee including stamp duty of Rs. 590. Bidders must submit a technical proposal in the prescribed format and upload it as part of the electronic bid before submission of the financial bid. Original Call Deposit instruments for bid security and tender fee are required, while a legible scanned copy of the bid security must also be submitted electronically. An affidavit in the technical proposal must confirm that bid security amounting to 2% has been placed in the financial proposal or bid, failing which the bid will be non-responsive. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and provide an affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by government or semi-government entities and is not involved in litigation with C&W Division Dir Upper.
