Supply installation testing and commissioning of two solar power plants with total capacity of 325 KW at educational institutions including complete system deployment and operational readiness - bids to be submitted electronically through E-PADS using single stage two envelope procedure - bidders must be registered with PEC relevant category and tax authorities - bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost required in form of CDR or bank guarantee with submission of original before deadline
