Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Iqbal Manzil, Sialkot, with estimated cost of 12.844 and completion time until June 15, 2027. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 or above category with BC-02 Restoration and Conservation specialization and relevant conservation project experience. Bid security or earnest money is 5% of estimated cost, valid 90 days beyond submission, through PSID in favor of Director General Archaeology. Single Stage Two Envelope procedure applies. Technical and financial bids close September 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM and open at 2:30 PM.
