Computer Laptop Paper Scanner Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 5 computers with 17-inch LCD Dell/HP or equivalent, minimum i7 with 500/256 configuration and printer, 6 laptops from HP, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent, and paper scanner, CZUR ET16 Plus Book & Document Scanner or equivalent. Total estimated cost is Rs. 4,980,000 with 5% CDR bid security. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure by September 18, 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security must be in the name of Deputy Commissioner Pakpattan and original instrument submitted before deadline. Purchase will be made under PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a).
