Tender for CMPP development project works and different forest compartments/sites including 2nd Year Maintenance of Dry Afforestation on State Land, 1st Year Maintenance of Assisted Natural Regeneration, 1st Year Maintenance of Bigger Size Afforestation, 3rd Year Maintenance of Plantation in State Forest, 3rd Year Maintenance of Bigger Size Afforestation of Bigger Size Plants along Nullah Lai, Raising of 2nd Stage Nursery, Construction of Chain Link Fencing, Construction of Water Recharge Devices, Construction of Water Tanks, Soil Conservation Check Dams and Construction of Water Harvesting Pits. Total estimated costs include Rs. 5,597,000 for Dry Afforestation, Rs. 19,512,000 for Assisted Natural Regeneration, Rs. 7,451,250 for Bigger Size Afforestation, Rs. 2,524,000 for State Forest Plantation Maintenance, Rs. 2,171,910 for Bigger Size Plants along Nullah Lai, Rs. 45,000,000 for 2nd Stage Nursery, Rs. 107,488,942 for Chain Link Fencing, Rs. 11,670,000 for Water Recharge Devices, Rs. 5,000,000 for Water Tanks, Rs. 8,015,800 for Soil Conservation Check Dams and Rs. 1,000,000 for Water Harvesting Pits. Electronic bids require 5% bid security in Bank Guarantee or online PSID payment, with original instrument before closing. Bids close September 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM and open at 11:00 AM. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA, PEC relevant category and e-Procurement, possess relevant forestry experience, own a nursery and qualified forestry staff, and provide relevant work orders. Joint venture is not allowed. Item-wise rates must be quoted in specified units and percentage or total amount bids will be rejected. No advance payment will be made.
