Description
Maintenance of PR/DR Centers Hardware & Software Infrastructure with onsite inventory maintenance of consumable spare parts under Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process. Technical and financial bids are invited from well reputed organizations and companies. Bid documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded or submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by September 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders shall be opened on a date and time to be announced subsequently. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID. Prices must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST Registration Certificates are required.
