Hiring Firm Third Party Validation Air Inventory Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for third-party validation regarding establishment of an integrated air pollutant and GHG inventory for Punjab, 2025. The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit invites reputed, dynamic and experienced consulting firms under large Consultancy Mode through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Joint Venture or Consortium participation is allowed. The shortlisting process shall be conducted under Rules 47 and 48 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. EOI documents must be submitted electronically by September 21, 2026 at 11:00 Hours and applications will be opened at 11:30 Hours on the same day. Late submissions or applications not conforming to the prescribed method shall be rejected.
