Hiring Vehicles Rental Official Use Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of vehicles on rental basis for official use within Lahore without driver for one year and for official travel outside Lahore with driver as and when required. Eligible vehicle rental firms, companies or sole proprietors must be registered with relevant tax authorities and hold valid NTN, Punjab Revenue Authority registration for services and Punjab Sales Tax registration. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by September 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Bid security is Rs. 336,458, equivalent to up to 5% of estimated cost, through Bank Guarantee, 1 Link, online Bank Transfer or PSID. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure shall be adopted under Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid under Least Cost Selection for the complete package for one year. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 07, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copy bids are not accepted.
