Annual Maintenance Repair Xray Machines Tender Notice
Description
Annual contract for service, maintenance and repair of X-Ray Machines with parts for Financial Year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order service providers and JVs registered on e-PADS and with relevant registration and tax authorities. The procurement shall use Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended. Bids must be submitted online by September 19, 2026 at 09:00 AM and opened at 09:30 AM. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost of the quoted items for each item in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque, with original security submitted by the e-bid opening time in addition to the uploaded soft copy. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. Items must be quoted in technical and financial proposals with both brand name and generic name. Hard copies are not required. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
