Description
Street pavement at UC Kunda, Tehsil Lahor, estimated cost Rs.2.40 million with bid security of Rs.480,000 at 2% of estimated cost. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies through EPADS. Bids must be uploaded electronically by September 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 1:00 PM the same day. Contractors must be registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department for the current financial year, with valid PEC and KPRA registration. Rates may be quoted percentage above, below or at-par on engineer estimates. Bids remain valid for 90 days. A non-refundable tender form fee of 0.03% of engineer estimate is required.
