Consumable Items Dental Department Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of consumable items for Dental Department under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Call Deposit requirement is Rs.300,000. Interested firms or individuals must be registered and active with FBR and KPRA where applicable. Complete bidding documents and scanned required documents must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Scanned copy of CDR, E-Affidavit and tender fee of Rs.1,000 for each tender must be uploaded, while original tender fee, CDR and duly notarized E-Affidavit must be submitted to the Procurement Office by September 22, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids must also be uploaded by 10:30 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:00 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: Dental consumables procurement requires active tax registration, tender fee, CDR, E-Affidavit and timely EPADS submission.
